We are currently covered in snow here in Western New York with wind chills below zero. It can be an exciting time to get out on the fat bike, snowshoes, or cross country skis. I am a firm believer that this variety is what helps keep us interested in fitness. I am excited to give my snowshoes a real work out this winter. More on that another time.
Despite the cross training opportunities available this time of year, for many of us who want to maintain some sort of road fitness and not be miserable, it helps to have an indoor solution. For me, the solution has been Zwift for the last two years, and I don't see it changing anytime soon.
Over the next few posts, I will give a little insight into why I like it over other apps that I have tried and also share a little about hardware and the overall Zwift experience.
