Summer Tips, Part 2b: How the Sun Sees You

So, yesterday I rode to the Canadian Falls and back. The temperature on the tarmac was 105 degrees Fahrenheit. It was crazy hot. I tried sunblock on my arms instead of the usual sleeves. It felt awful, but I knew that I needed to use a good amount, as I was not about to reapply mid-ride. The video above was pretty eye opening as too how much coverage you need and how much your skin ages over your life. I am going to hold off on the post about hydration while you get a chance to watch and ponder this. New sleeves are arriving today, so I don't have to goop up again any time soon.

Stay safe!
