Tuesday Tip: Another Use for the Cafe Lock

A cafe lock is a great piece of gear for the cyclist who loves coffee and makes quick stops. Not only does it provide a carry along solution for coffee stops, but it can work as a quick way to keep your front wheel safe when locking your bike up with another sturdier lock.

Now, you could surely remove the front wheel and lock it to the rear triangle, but by doing so, you have to put the fork in contact with the ground. To me, carrying the cafe lock, which weighs next to nothing, is a no-brainer.
